Refunds

REFUND POLICY

Customers are entitled to a full refund via their debit/ credit card when all of the following conditions are met.

  1. The refund is done prior to 10 days after your order was placed.
  2. The customer contacts us prior to initiating a refund.
  3. The packaging is not opened or tempered with.
  4. The refund is due to us shipping out the incorrect product.

Refunds take between 3-5 business days for funds to go back to your account.
